Australia's Century-old Prestigious School! - Kilvington Grammar School (KGS) ,Admission Requirement

This week, the Newpoint Study Abroad Team visited Kilvington Grammar School, located in the serene and comfortable southern Ormond area of Melbourne, consistently ranking among the top 50 in Victoria. During our visit, we had discussions with the Director of International Students and toured the school facilities. While it is a co-educational institution, some courses are segregated for better student development. The school accommodates international students from primary to high school.
School: Kilvington Grammar School (KGS)
Established: 1923 (Celebrating its 100th anniversary)
Student Population: Approximately 860 students, co-educational, with around 10 international students from various countries
School Features:
The school is divided into the Junior School (Pre-Kinder to Grade 6), Middle School (Grade 7 to Grade 9), and Senior School (Grade 10 to Grade 12), maintaining small class sizes with around 15 students per class in the Junior School. Starting from Grade 9, the school offers homestay arrangements.
The school boasts well-equipped facilities such as a library, health center, music room, science laboratories, design department, basketball courts, among others. The environment is picturesque, and the facilities are comprehensive.
Second language options available for students: French, Japanese.
Admission Requirements: Students need to meet AEAS scores and undergo a school interview, with a few positions still available for 2025."

Middle School: $42,000 per annum
Senior School: Approximately $46,000 per annum in Australian dollars."
