190- Skilled nominted visa
In 2013, Miss Yang had signed a contract with Newpoint Migration and authorised them to help her to apply Victoria Skilled nominted visa (subclass 190). Before this, Miss Yang has signed a contract with another agent in Melbourne. Due to their mistakes and being irresponsible for their client, Miss Yang did not successfully get her visa. Since Miss Yang signed contract with Newpoint migration, the team of newpoint migration prepared her documents carefully and patiently check her detailed information and all documents. The application process will be told her in time. In addition, the difficulties of Miss Yang’s case is that her visa will be expired in two days after she met the required points in EOI. The Newpoint Migration consultant communicated with Victoria government and lodged her application on the day which she met the requirements. On that day, she successfully got the invitation from the government. Before Miss Yang’s visa expired, we have lodged her 190 visa application. As a result, she finally got her perminant residency visa without leaving Australia or dimission.
