不少华人在定居澳洲之后,不仅会拿下PR,还会选择加入澳洲国籍。

 

1859岁的人在申请成为澳洲公民时,还有一项必须要进行的入籍测试。只有通过这项测试在20道选择题中至少答对15题,才有加入澳洲国籍的资格。

 

最新数据显示,在去年参加澳洲入籍考试的人中,竟然足足有三分之一的人不合格!

2024年共有超18.3万人参与入籍考试,但只有12.2万人通过了考试。

 

澳大利亚的公民入籍考试有20道选择题,问题包括为什么庆祝澳新军团日,以及说出原住民国旗的颜色等等,都是一些非常基础的关于澳洲的文化和传统知识。

要想通过考试,申请者还需正确回答所有5道有关自由、尊重和平等的题目,且总分必须达到75%以上。

 

对于那些初次未能通过考试的申请者,也不必过于担心。根据规定,他们最多可以有3次机会申请重新参加考试。

 

这意味着,即使初次未能达标,申请者仍然有机会通过努力学习和准备,最终成功获得澳洲公民身份。
